Got my debit card. What supplies do you recommend I order for myself?

I’m going to get a STU (Stamina Training Unit) Fleshlight because I have serious PE and I need to work on my control.

What is the cable clamp website? I need to order some clamps, but what size do I order? Do they go around the penis, or both penis and balls?

Other than that, I need help deciding on what things I should buy. I want to hang, but I don’t have any supplies for it. My joints hurt when I stretch, so maybe I could invest in an ADS that I could use on the weekends when I’m in my room. I really need help getting supplies, because I want to be a dedicated PEer, not one that gives up, and with all the tools at my disposal, I feel like I would try harder.

Any questions I will answer, because I need responses to help me buy the right things.

Clampsize=medium and they can be picked up at home depot or walmart in electrical supplies section. Heatingpad? I let other take from there

Hahahaha, I would be VERY worried. Imagine him clamping something else.. :O

Use the search bar to find out about clamping it will answer most questions…

If you said you had a credit card, I wouldn’t suggest anything; spending money you don’t have is not wise. But as it’s a debit card, you have already earned the cash so if you want to spend it on PE stuff, I would suggest an infra-red lamp. It’s useful for all PE exercises, can be bought at a price point to suit you, and will help with long-term gains perhaps more than any other single piece of kit. Please be careful not to cook your dick though!

Happy shopping. :)

I don’t think cable clamps are sold in Montana, because we don’t get all the fancy things that most other places do.

What else should I buy, and where should I buy the lamp?

Also, is there any way I can order just 1 clamp? If I had it my way, I don’t want to order 10 of them. I really doubt I can find any of these in MT.

When you’re ready for it, I’d suggest springing for the Air Clamp . Get some cable clamps too, but I’ve used a few different clamping devices and I think the Air Clamp is well worth the money.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on PE-related stuff, but if I had to narrow it all down to what I’d have on a desert island, I’d go with:

Air Clamp
Vac-Hanger
Captain’s Wench (just because it’s cheap and easy, and it was very good to me before I went Vac.)
LA Pump and Cylinder
A two foot length of 3/4" PVC pipe
Sleeves, ace bandage, lube, ruler…other basics.

And sure, a Fleshlight. I’m liking my WonderWave.

Maybe a canning jar lifter with pads. I only use mine once every few weeks these days.

Oh, and Jessica Alba, or that little Alizée chickie.

For IR lamps, just do a search. Some mail order catalogues do them. Most physiotherapy suppliers have expensive versions; certainly not necessary, but having one on an adjustable arm does have its advantages.

There are no cable clamps of the PE type in the UK. I have always used a hose-clamp with a coin wedged in the screwdriver slot. I cannot imagine anything working better. Unlike Ike, I am not an equipment junkie. Apart from the hose clamp and IR lamp, I have various forms of bandage and physioband/theraband and lube. I did make a Captain’s Wench but prefer the old manual way.

I think Ike is definitely onto something with Jessica Alba though. I’m looking for something like that! If you find where I can get one on the web, PM me! ;)

I’m sure they sell clamps in montana, they’re at walmart or any other hardware store with the extension cords, I think medium and large are both useable, the big on you use over a thera-p wrap and it works great.

Springer,

I’m a huge lurker here. I rarely post but literally have spent hundreds (if not thousands) of hours reading and searching this ENTIRE site.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on PE equipment and pretty much agree with Ike’s recommendations. I practically could have written his list.

I’ve clamped on and off for about a year with Cable Clamps (now called Cable Cuff at my local Home Depot). I received my AirClamp from Monty last week and I’ll never use a Cable Clamp again. Best $30 I’ve ever spent.

My indispensable list is:

AirClamp
Monkeybar’s Vacu-Hanger
Thera-P magnetic wrap (with magnets removed. It has become hard to find but any neoprene wrapping material works fine)
Scunchi hair-tie wraps
Canning tongs homemade PowerJelq (I’m relatively new to this but like it immensely)
Jelly mega-stretch cock rings
Cyberskin 1.5 inch Penis extension

As far as the last item goes, it’s the favorite part of my PE arsenal. It serves 2 purposes.

1. It keeps you extended post workout.I’ve always loved Big Girtha’s mantra: never let it turtle.
2. I wear this thing ALL the time and it’s a huge confidence booster. I got the idea from the ENHANCE YOUR PUMPED/UNPUMPED BULGE - THE VELCRO WRAP thread started by peforeal

ENHANCE YOUR PUMPED/UNPUMPED BULGE - THE VELCRO WRAP

Now with that list complete I’ll also say that I firmly believe one can PE effectively without spending a penny. I spend the money because a. I have it and b. I like to buy things. :)

Also, IMO this can never be said enough: Please, please, please make sure you know your dick well and are properly conditioned before you start hardcore clamping and hanging.

Jay I am wondering why you remove the magnets, do you think they pose any health risk?

Because it will probably be painful or at least uncomfortable if you’re using it as a wrap under a clamp.

The magnets would be pushed into your dick.

Starting size: 7"x5.25" bp

Current size: 7.25"x5.875" bp

Goal size: 8.75"x6" bp

The magnets add significant bulk and are uncomfortable. I think magnetic therapy is complete, total BS.

Without the mags it’s very comfy and appropriately sized neoprene.

I actually have several of the wraps. Some I have cut in half lengthwise, one I folded lengthwise and glued: twice the thickness half the width.
