Got wrinkles??

anyone else have this problem? my head has become extremely wrinkly. i mean there are fine ridges runnnin verticaly and horizontaly over my head. and the edges of the head are rough and pumpy. i had pe for 3 months then stopped. now im back at it since sunday and this wrinkle problem is making my dick look so ugly. anyone have this problem or know solution? thanks!
