Well, I used to clamp at 90-95% erection to have some space left to clamp tightly. With a 100% erection it is hard to obtain much expansion, the expansion level is way higher with an 90-95% erection. You should try it yourself and see the difference.
Birdies are performed at an 100% erection. When you make an OK grip at the base of your penis and grab tightly, you will see that you won’t expand the inner penis (much). The only thing that will expand is the skin and veins. Your probably will see more veins when doing this then when you are clamped.
Adding birdies to your routine will eventually expand your veins, like clamping expands your girth. The nice thing about birdies for guys who already have reached their girth goal, like me, is that it nearly won’t give you girth gains. This benefit will not happen when you clamp. Also this technique will be a good addition to anyone who wants to expand their veins. If you want to get more veins, birdies are the way to go.
