God damn… just measured today and had to take a double glance at 8.5 bonepressed mutha fucking inches and 8.25” NBP.
Just for a referance, the first time I measured myself about 1 1/2 years ago I was just at 6.75 - 7” BP.
My routine has been relaxed to the point where perhaps more serious PEers would call me not even doing any routine. When I started I almost went overboard with anything and everything under the sun, homemade and bought experimenting and such. After about 5 months though, I threw it all away (felt like all that focus on my dick clouded my mind from more important things) and just focused on jelqing before I jacked off, kegeling randomly during the day, and stretching in the shower and when I took a crap (grip and pressue hand techniques as well inplace of jelqing when I was too hard and too lazy to wait for a more limp dick). I did some clamping as well, but haven’t for a few months since mine broke during a pretty crazy clamp kegel.
I am hesisitant to say PE was the answer though, because I am 20 (as of 2 months ago) yrs old and although I know next to nothing about male growth and development and am obviously not a doctor I would say that perhaps maybe my dick and I weren’t done growing yet and some of the gains were natural.
Nevertheless, I can’t help but feel in my gut that PE either helped in stimulating the natural growth or just added ontop of what woulda been - because I think the growth is too much to simply be just natural.
For once I feel like I have a dick that sizes up. While most people may see that even originally I was not that bad off, I am kinda a big guy at 230-250lbs depending on if I got abs or not so I always felt that I was even more inadequete for my stature. I mean, I am not lying when I say even currently that in the big picture my dick doesn’t look that impressive. Infact, that is the reason I got into PE. I had never really felt any lacking in the love department, since the first two girls I slept with I not only gave them their first orgasm but their first multiple.
Honestly though, I don’t give a shit because I am very happy (so happy infact I jumped from that measurment to this site before I could even get a girth measurement (just bullshitted some # for my data)). I am going to continue to PE indefinitely, and I feel like I have a routine that is not only very casual but produces results and better erections. My original “goal” was 8, but in practice and going off my experiances thus far I am going to aim for 9-10” in length and whatever girth I can get along the way.
I guess thats that… thank you to everyone on this board. I would perhaps be still stuck at square one without any of the tutorials, advice and support you guys give eachother and I lurk and leech from. Indirectly, you have helped to make at least one person a much happier, more confident, and better person.
