Guys we have to do more BC flex!

Really, I was reflecting, after reading a lot, here.
The routines of many “happy gaining” people.
You know what??
I realised suddenly the importance of doing a good routine
during the day with the BC muscle.
I suspect…there is a physical and MENTAL reason for this. If you want…read more:

When I started to do some days ago, again the BC routine, suddenly:
1/ my flaccid hangs more good
2/crazy erections during night and more engorged during the day
3/I feel after my PE routine I can recover more quickly.
(I have also find that I have to rest 1 day every 3/4 days of work
but…this is another thing)
The thing I believe is :
not only there is the physical fact of developing the muscle
so we have more erections, lasting control and stamina;
I believe also that the BRAIN receives this impulse and
it releases some kind of message to the body.
You know when we have an orgasm, this area (BC muscle)
flutters, isn’t? (I hope it is the right word in English)
Ok, image that during the day you send this kind of message
to your body…frequentely.
You are sending a message in a bottle to your body that:
You are on sex, on a virtual orgasm, into relax,
into growth!
I cannot explain better, but I feel:
1/ more relaxed
2/more active
3/ more into sex
4/ more mental energy
I believe the gains of the PE routine can be VERY
enhanced by this new…physical-mental condition
I am assuming.
My routine of BC flex is now:
Reps of 4/5 sec flex, like 20, at about 60/80% force.
Then I pause.
After some minutes, I do again. Simple, isn’t?
So, I don’t force too much, but I cover basically my day
time with a continuously amount of those BC work.
The same I do, during REAL sex…
only for your curiosity.
