It’s been shown in studies that testosterone goes up at least a little when you don’t shoot a load for five days. Probably not too much though.

As for me and my test, yeah that’s my test levels. I think high end of normal is ninety.

I’ve heard the opposite - that shooting your load with greater frequency produces a spike in testosterone. Anyone care to weigh in?

Definitely shooting your load frequently increases your test. Your body needs to compensate for the loss of precious fluids (zinc/fatty acids) by increasing your test, thus increasing DHT.

But not jerking off for extended periods of time can increase your test a little bit.

Moderation between the two would be the best bet.

Or, maybe paying attention to neither of the aforementioned facts works just as well. Live life to the fullest, brahim.

Let me get this straight: shooting your load “definitely” increases your testosterone levels, but not shooting your load for extended periods of time can also increase testosterone levels?

Putting this in logic terms: a causes B, but -a also causes B.

I heard that when you shoot your testosterone drops which would make sense because that’s when I personally turn into a big mush. I always used to tell my ex I’m easy to get along with when my balls are empty.

Yes, Dino, I get similar feedback from the wifey.

Is that right para, you know do you ?

All I know is that Testosterone is produced and stored in the testes as sperm. When you blow a load your Testosterone drops, thats right DROPS i.e after you ejaculate. If you dont blow your load for say a week then your test levels will raise, how much..who knows. All I know is your balls will start to hurt and you may even have a sore stomach, its whats known as blue balls. Testosterone and hormone levels are reaised with both sex and masturbation, once your test is reased I cant say when or weather its converted to DHT or estregen or what ever. A cant say at what point aromatisation may occur. So does that mean that too much sex will make your hair thin, well maybe but not likely because you have to consider how long average sexual penatrive sex lasts for. Im sure I read somewhere it was between 3-5 minutes…hhhkmm not for me though :-) . Think about duration and frequency of PE then add sex and wacking off to the equation if you do. And what about kegals, can anybody confirm if kegals produce DHT ?

When I started PE, my hair starting falling out worse then ever.

I have no clue why. I know I masterbate more when I PE.

I’m in trouble then, cause my level is 661, I was told it was high but the range went to something like 890, I would check back with who you got the test done by and make sure it was testosterone they were measuring.

Has anyone had any success with finasteride on their frontal hairline or with any of the shampoos that claim to eliminate DHT from the scalp?

I can tell tell you all one thing, I started taking a whole host of supplements known to increase testosterone a while back and I had literally gobs of hair coming out, when I stopped them, the hair returned but it had to grow back so it took some time. I recently took them again having forgotten what happened the first time, and the same thing happened again. Conclusion is there is definitely a link between higher testosterone levels and hair loss, no doubt in my mind anyway, for me it was acetyl l-carnitine (in high doses) and tribulus terrestris that were the culprits.
