Hanging Exclusively w/o Other Forms of PE?

Anyone hang exclusively? I have been doing three 20 minute sets a day for a while with 10 lbs. and I was wondering if I will most likely make good gains hanging without any other forms of PE?

Opinions?

I believe according to the vets you can, or are suppose to be able to. I have been hanging myself for about 3 weeks 4-15 minute sets of 12 lbs and finish off with a 15 minute pump. have not measured yet but will in a week to see if any gains are made…….does seem to hang better flacid already.

I know that Bib hung with weights exclusively for his length gains and he went from around 6” to 10” both NBP. Also, back in the “old days” Tom Hubbard and a lot of his crew made damn good gains hanging.

I can’t say what gains you will make, but hanging will give you more length than another from of PE IMO.

Hanging can be done on it’s own or in conjunction with other exercises. I have done hanging and pumping in the same routine. As for jelqing and manual stretching, I think the time you would spend doing them would be better spent doing extra hanging sets, unless you do not have the time or privacy to do this but wish to do more PE.

Of course, a few minutes of jelqing should be done after hanging, and piss pulls can be done throughout the day.

I was wandering the same thing. I am thinking about getting a BIB starter and hanging exclusivly. But I am really set on getting girth gains mainly. Do you guys think hanig will still give a little gain to MG aswell? Currently Im using the captns wench with 7 1/2 pounds .

I think that you can gain some girth with hanging. Maybe not a TON, but after a week straight hanging of an hour a day one morning I woke up with a FAT one, I mean fatter than I have ever seen it. Could barely get my and around the shaft, lol. Talk about inspiration.

Well I just measured after hanging for a week. I only had 95% wood and only hit 7 7/8 X 5.25!! The week before I hit with 100% wood 8.06 X 5.31!! What the heck is going on???? I think I mite have moved on to 7 1/2 pounds to quick, could this be the reason for a softer erection causing lower stats?
