Hanging right after jelqing?

Has anyone done a routine like this? I wonder if hanging right after a jelqing session would improve, or inhibit gains.

I doubt it would inhibit gains. It may slightly improve them, as the tissues elasticity would be improved by jelqing, but I would be more inclined to jelq after hanging, as the ligaments would be maxed out so the effect of the jelqing would mainly fall on the tunica.

That is what I was also thinking about…however I was thinking about pumping, not jelqing. A month ago when I was pumping in the morning I have noticed that my penis was extremely ‘flexible’ after that for whole day. This made me thinking that my pumping session(which earlier I used to do before going to bad ) made tunica more ‘stretchable’. I was thinking then(after pumping session) about hanging and I was pretty sure that it could improve gains…

After all I have decided to take a decon break…maybe I will try that at the end of the year…I think jelqing could do that too….you would just need to wait at least hour so your dick is not full of blood anymore.

I always like to jelq after hanging to get the blood flowing again.
