I have some good news and some (maybe) bad news.

Firstly, I am happy to announce that in the 2 months Ive been doing PE I have gained a half inch in lenght and a half in in girth! These gains came pretty quick, but things have been slowing down lately and I have noticed that my erection has become super hard. I mean, I dont think my dick was this hard even when I was 16 and was walking around with a perpetual boner. Which is good right? But I cant help but worry that the tissue is going to be really hard to stretch from now on. Did I take to much time off and allow it to get this way? I have taken up 3 days off in the past.


Nothing worthwhile comes easy

The hardness of your boner has no correlation to the toughness of the tissues you perceive to have occurred from 2 months of PE, so I wouldn’t worry about it at this time.

Starting: 5 BPEL x 4.5 EG on 4/19/03

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG

I try to get in about an hour of hang time everyday with a homemade AFB hanger. I hand straight downward for about 70% of the time and straight out over the edge of a recliner for 30%. Then I jelg at night for 30-40 minutes. In between every 100 jelgs I do some ulis and erect bends. And I do a PC squeeze for 30 seconds while clamping down on the base to keep the blood in there. I do about 4 of those squeezes to exercise the PC muscle and that might have something to do with the harder erections.
