Has anyone gained using the O-BEND?

Wow.. I’m a newbie and I did the newbie routine only twice before trying the OBends.

After just 1 session of OBends (and not a really long 1),I’ve measured 3 days after that session and it seems I’ve gained 0.5 cm in length.

It might be because I’ve masturbated twice that day before the session (few hours of before the session) because it gave me a perfect amount of erection for the bends.

Are we saying that OBends don’t give you consistent girth gains?

I got about 0.25 inches of girth from these which has stayed… and it’s been at least a year since I stopped.

I’m going to have to try these while clamped!

You’re completely ignoring the principle of the Orange Bends if you do it clamped, lol. The main thing about the Orange Bends is to do them while flacid… not erect… you’ll just be doing clamped erect bends.

Hell, if Mr. Orange gained more then one inch girth with 10% erect then why would you want to do it at 50%?

This reminds me of the guy that took to many vitamin pills and died. More isn’t always better. I’ve gained a good .3 inches within 2 weeks of doing them! 10% erect of course.

In theory, wouldn’t these help correct a curve by only performing against the curve? I want to try and correct my curve before going for any serious length or girth gains.

10% erect is like limp.

Has anyone ever tried doing jelqs while pushing the penis head towards the base (through the line of the shaft, so the penis remains completely straight). Almost like shortening the penis while jelqing. I have a feeling that it would work great to remove all pressure from the outer tunica so that the inner tunica could be isolated and stressed. When I do this, I notice that the girth increases alot during the exercise, i would say probably to at least 5.6”+ (I am 5.4” MSEG)…

I have done these, they are alot more convenient than other exercises in my opinion.

I think I have gained almost 1 cm in girth in the last 1 or 2 months or so.
I used to slide right through a toilet paper roll, but now I can hardly get it in.

I’m going to step it up a bit from now on, I used to do 10 min sessions.
But now I’m gonna do 15 minutes of O-Bends + 10 min of Jelqing.

I hope I am not fooling myself here on the gains, it’s so slow that you start imagining things.


Start (April 07): BPEL= 6.3" EG= 4.7"

Now (October 08): BPEL= 7" EG= 5.0"

Goal : BPEL= 7.5" EG= 6"

I gained about 3/4” of length and minimal girth, maybe 1/8” or so, while doing a routine consisting of around 10 minutes of dry jelqing, 5 minutes or so O-bends, and a short clamping set. I did this between 2-on, 1-off and 6-on, 1-off. It’s an intense exercise but didn’t really deliver girth although it may have helped with the length.
