Has anyone gained using the O-BEND?

The Orange bend, aka the O BEND, is fairly new to this site.

For those of you who do not know what an O bend is, it is where you take your semi erect penis (approx 50 percent erect), and bend it at a 90 degree level into different directions.

I searched to see if anyone has asked this question yet and I came up with negative results. Therefore, I decided to pose the question myself. HAS ANYONE gained anything (LENGTH/WIDTH/GIRTH) using Orange Bends?

I’ve gained 0.4” in the last 2 month.

I’ve been doing both jelqing and obends. These bends are very intense. I do them and think they contributed alot.

I’m going to start when I’ve been doing PE a bit longer, but it does look like people are gaining good from the O-Bends. There wasn’t a dedicated O-Bends results thread until today, but people have commented in other threads, so all things considered, they look great!

How long is your typical O-bend routine? Reps or time?

Yes I’ve gained doing a combination of obends and jelqing. I went in just a few months time from being able to fit in every toilet paper roll to only just fitting into the largest. They come it lots of different sizes, I find they are a good way to measure progress. Measuring with a tape measure I feel is more for long term progress.

That is great progress. How long had you been PEing before you started using the O BENDS?

Also — what did you gain .4” inches in? Girth or Length?

That is great man; I am glad to hear it. Do you feel you have gained any Length? Also — how much girth difference do you *think* is between the two paper rolls? In otherwards if you had to guess, what would you guess you have gained in girth.

Well here in the UK, toilet roll girths vary from 4” to 5.6”

How long have you been doing O-BENDs?


Start: 1-31-05 BPEL: 7.5 EG: 5

10-18-05 BPEL: 8 EG: 5.2

First Goal: 8 x 5.5 Final Goal: 8.5 x 6

I’ve been doing the O-bends for two weeks now and I agree with the general opinion that they work great in combination with wet jelqs.

As for gains, I haven’t measured yet, but my girth feels bigger in my hand, which is one of my favourite gains indicators! I’ll make sure to post my exact measurements when I decide to get the tape out. Hopefully it’ll be a big jump towards my target of 5 inches.

Filling out the toilet rolls in my house is still a distant dream…


Current stats: 7.0 BPEL x 4.32+/- EG ¦ Current target : 7.0 x 4.75 ¦ Goal: 8 BPEL x 5.5 + EG

I don’t know the exact measurements we have here in the US. But there are many different sizes, and they seem to be around 5”. I always felt that if I could get to big for the toilet paper roll I’d be happy. Then one day I tried and couldn’t fit, I was so happy. Then the next day I bought a different brand of toilet paper and could fit. A bit of a set back, but a good progress measuring tool I thought.

That’s great man. Did you use a combo of Wet Jelqs and O bends in your routine?
