Heat Clamping

What kind of gains have you seen since you began heat clamping and cooling? Are they clearly accelerated results?


Starting: 7.75" EL x 5.5" EG (8 EL when rock hard)

Current: 8.875" BPEL x 5.75" EG

I am new to clamping. I can not speak with authority. Today I have had 4 clamping sessions. My normal girth erect is 6.25. This morning WHILE CLAMPED it was about 6.5 A half hour ago with my 4th session I was really close to 6.75. Biggest I have ever been. In a flaccid condition it is well over 6 inches in girth. But much of that is probably lymph build up. It will take at least a month of this to determine if it is permanent. This morning I did wake up with wood that eventually subsided into a very, very fat, floppy, and heavy flaccid hang. I think Big Girtha said the effect lasts 3 or 4 days but there there will still be some permanent growth.

It definitely sounds like a good idea since heat is the key. If you have any exceptionally fast gains, please post them. I now clamp with the Air Clamp which makes life much easier. It would have to be worth it for me to complicate my clamping routine again by using a heat wrap.

OK this may be a dumb question, but for the chill session you can just put ice cubes in a plastic bad and wrap it around that should work as well correct?

You mentioned cooling down when elongated in Shiver’s “Heat in PE”-thread (or a thread linked to it). There you talked about a “gel-like substance between the tunica layers” as I recall. Where does this come from? I don’t recall anyone else on the forum discussing the idea in depth nor the biology behind it.

Yep, anything that can get the temperature of the collagenous connective tissue back down…while your unit is elongated..will be just fine. Gotta tell you this. Just did my 5th 10-minute heat clamp session today. Measured my girth at the end while air-clamped. Couldn’t believe my eyes. Measured again. Girth while clamped was PAST 6.75. Almost 7! Lot of lymph, no doubt. Skin was so tight if felt as though it wanted to pop. (Amazing orgasms after a clamping session and shoot a long ways too) Gonna give poor ole “Spike” a rest. He is starting to look like a fat pig or a hippo! I wrapped him up in latex bands just now to keep him elongated for the rest of the evening. May do one or 2 more sessions tonight before sleeping. No, I think I was talking about using a gel-pac for cool down. A plastic bag with something like jello but it doesn’t crystallize. They are used for treating muscle strains and are kept in the freezer. However, there are many types of connective tissues (bone, blood, cartilage, adipose, fibrous, reticulated, mesentary, etc). The skin of the penis contains a type that consists of straight fibers, coiled elastic-like filaments and sundry cells imbedded in a matrix of gelatinous material, that allows penile skin to stretch out a lot more than regular skin and then retract. The tunica, on the other hand, is far less elastic. MXL

What about using icy hot or some heat cream? This may sound to crazy for some ,but I am sure some people have had to try it. To me it sounds a little scary.

Big Girtha talked about cooling down with frozen PEweights at the end of his sessions, but he was using the weights with the plastic skin removed so I don’t know if he isn’t suffering from some lead poisoning. He used to jog with them on also. Don’t know how he did that either.

I would stay away from the from the chemical heat stuff there are plenty of threads on that subject and the outcomes are never good

Sorry if this sounds like a silly question but Just for interest do you know at what temperature the penis will start to cook or burn at?

I have a heat pad and will buy a thermometer and see how hot it gets.

Last night this thread got me thinking. If you cool down the penis to cement gains for clamping can it be done after a jelqing session (meaning after the last hot wrap) or after totally done with ADS sets? It would seem to as you’re cooling down the ligaments.

That’s exactly what I am going to do right now,warmup ,jelq & strech ,cool with cold water.

I’m a big believer in heat, all day long if possible. I’ve mentioned this in various threads, and will just summarise what I do, here:

1. warm-up and initial stretches in the shower

2. pump with heating pad

3. clamp with heating pad

4. heating pad or shower between exercises

5. finish routine with alternating heat and cold in shower (but I do this to expand and contract the blood vessels)

6. often wear a ‘hand warmer’ all day; these are the ones that heat up when exposed to air and last up to 16 hours
