Heated UTLs?
Probably been tried before but this evening I was experiencing a slight bit of discomfort while performing some UTL(under the leg) stretches and as a result of warming up before hand had a warm heating pad nearby. I decided to try applying the heating pad to the ligs that were exposed while performing a UTL stretch in one direction or another to see if it might help with some of the discomfort I was feeling. I found that this technique not only alleviated my discomfort but actually encouraged me to stretch, a department in which I’m normally a bit of a slacker, for a longer duration. Just figured Id type up and share the experience to see if anybody else might have been in a similar situation or experienced the same problem.
Thanks in advance
