Heating while clamping?

I just sit in a warm tub or hot tub.

Just curious,do you put the cable clamp on with the padding in the bath as well or do you mean clamping with only your hands under the water in the bath? Thank you.

I do use padding and clamp together for two sets of ten minutes.I’ve only been clamping this way for about two months.
