Hi I’m new to this forum. Been lurking for a couple of days but I think it’s time for me to start contributing and learning from others as well. I’ve been PEing for around 2 months. First month manually jelqing w/o stretching and 2nd month with the power jelq doing manual stretching with jelqing. I’ve gained almost 1/2” in length and some in girth (not sure) in these 2 months. But there still are many mysteries.
I’m not sure about this. I’m uncut and I am wondering when I do manual stretching am I supposed to pull back on my foreskin? I’ve tried it but there is a pinching sensation because of the skin being pulled so I just manual stretched over my skin. I don’t know if this is less effective stretching.
I’ve been doing 16 sets of 30 sec manual stretches altogether in four directions for around 3-4 weeks.
I’m also wondering when I should go about starting hanging (I’ve been PE’ing for only almost 2 months. Should I increase the intensity or time length in manual stretching.
I am so confused and frustrated. I hope you guys can help me out.
