help on the lot theory!
I’ve read the lot theory and tried to understand it so could someone please give me feedback to let me know if I understand it correctly or not? When i pull my penis towards my naval and kegel I feel a huge tug, so does this mean I should be manually stretching downward? Well I do 30 kegels pulling towards my naval to tire out my ligs and then I do 3 sets of ten second stretches downward, and then repeat these three sets to the left and right. Does this routine sound like it is best for me? Please send me some feedback I am really determined to get this right. Thanks for your time.
