Ok! Now before i start i would like to make clear that i’m not trying diss anybody, especially not Bib! i just thought i’d share my thoughts with ya’ll…
Those who have made big gains have low LOTs. Those who can potentially have big gains have high LOTs. Those who cannot gain anymore from lig-stretching have low LOTs.
Could it be that those who have strong pc muscle’s are those same guys with low LOTs??? That would mean that those who have a weak pc muscle can gain more from lig-stretching (like DLD said). So those who “cannot gain anymore from lig-stretching”, could it be that these are simpley guys with weak pc muscle’s? i didn’t see that noted.
