Need some help with lot theory please.
I am curious about this lot theory. I have read the ideas and assumptions of a lot guys yet I still seem somewhat confused. I understand once you are finding your lot you have to do continues kegals. I can tell the difference in the “pullback” from 12 through six, but which directions should I do my stretching and jelqs in. At 12 then kegals it is very tight ,right around 9 its starts to loosen up. Once I hit 8 to 7 its really loose almost no tugback. What does this mean for me? What should I focus on as far as directions and so fourth. Thankyou.
