Higher Penis Expansion Needed

As I have yet to achieve any results from PE , only a little lengthening due to ligament stretching maybe, I am experimenting with various new techniques.

When I jelq, Uli or do Obends, I never seem to feel a stretch in my penile tissue. So I am thinking my problem may be that I am not trapping enough blood in my penis whilst performing these exercises. Maybe it’s because I have several large veins in my penis?

Has anyone else found this to be the reason that they are not gaining? And how have you overcome it?
