homemade hanging device?

Do you hang from the tip of the penis? I have tried to hang. I get two 5 pound weight plates and tie a wrist wrap around them then tie the wrap to my penis but it seems to hurt case of where I tie it is so tight. Any suggestions on how to make a better hanging device?
