How do you keep golf weights on

Also what would it be stretching using a single weight that far back. The ligs? It feels like it does pull you out a little.

I’m not sure you are getting lig stretch from just just wearing one weight, maybe a little bit if you wear three or more. But that is not really the point of using an ADS. After a hang session wearing the single weight in the way I described will keep you from turtling, healing micro-tears while they are extended. Wearing several weights extends you more, but can be uncomfortable after a while. I don’t believe any ADS stretches ligs significantly. You only do that with hanging heavy, then afterwards you wear the smaller weights to keep extended while you heal. I wear three right after a hang session, and once it starts to be uncomfortable I just wear one. But I wear at least one almost all the time, especially if I’m on my feet. If I’m sitting I take the weight off and do a Fowfer. Sitting with the weights can be a little uncomfortable. More comfy to sit on your dick and slip on the weigh when you get up.

I concur with BG. I have never maintained that my rings used as an ADS would ever give anyone gains unless they were newbie’s but even then the gains would likely be small and heavier weights would soon be needed for continued gains. They do make a good training tool in preparation for heavier hanging though.

What I found that works really great is a peice of that memory foam, as it expands to just what is required to do the job. I slip on all the weights then wrap a strip of that material ( Trimmed it off my mattress topper) 1/2” x about 5.5” Just wrap that around the end of my dick and slip the weight over it to hold it, works perfect and is very comfortable with that material.

I should also mention that they act as an insurance policy against loss of gains.

Don’t loose the gains you’ve made by not using an ADS

The last days I`ve been attaching the golf weights with a thick cloth and a cable clamp like Saiyan does. This works like a charm. Release the pressure once in a while to promote bloodflow. The glans get cool, but not cold. Taking a leak is also incredibly easy since you don`t have to unwrap.

I`m not sure if I can do this when I get back into carpentry over the holidays, but for now it works very fine.

The only disadvantage is that it is a little more bulky, but not anything to worry about IMO.

Anyone having trouble with golf weights THIS is the way to go. I have been using this for over a week now and let me tell you, it makes a WORLD of a difference. I no longer have to check every 10 mintues to make sure circulation is being cut off. I can also effectively wear three weights instead of two. I make an initial wrap with coban tape, then fold up tissue paper, and clamp til it stays in place.

You can wear a stealth clamp?

As long as I wear boxer briefs you usually cant tell that theres anything there. If anything, it looks like your bulge, just bigger :-D.

I did this method today at the gym, 2 golf weights, plus wrap of material at the glans, then a clamp just under the glans. I went about 25 mins, not too tight, all of a sudden after some bench presses I stood up, felt my dick, and well, thats where the trouble started because I couldn’t feel my dick, my mood changed from a brisk walk across the gym to a hurried quick step to the toilet, I unwrapped to find all was well, just quite nnumb around the midshaft to the glans. A worry, but it did stay in place better than ever, maybe I had it too tight.

Never been than worried before though. The thought of “dead tissue” always comes to mind whenever I’m doing PE, it’s like a conscious in the back of your thoughts all the time, We PE people live by the clock. 20 mins isn’t a long time when you could lose your penis if the flow is cutt of something serious.

Dude this EXACT same thing happened to me a week ago. I felt my glans and had the numb feeling and you instantly go into a state of panic. I might try wrapping and clamping further back from the glans. In fact, I shove the golf weights as far back as possible and wrap as close to the weights as possible. Since switching to this approach, as opposed to wrapping closer to the glans, I’ve yet to experience circulation problems.

To the other guys: If you get numb, you are clamping too hard. Period.

With my setup I can go for hours. Actually, I have experienced a few times that it slipped off. So, it is not very tight, but tight enough.
