How does tunica stretching not reduce girth?

People compare PE stretching to the stretching of chewing gum a lot. However, when you stretch gum lengthwise, the gum also becomes skinnier. How can this not be the case for your penis? This concern has made me wary to really focus on hanging, etc.

Stretching does not deform a penis the same way it does chewing gum. Stretching and other PE exercises cause biochemical changes to take place in the penile tissues, which result in growth when sustained over long periods of time.

A post-PE dick has more mass than a pre-PE one. Chewing gum has the same mass before and after stretching.

Biochemical changes? Like what? I thought it was a simple stretching of the tissues.

Increased cell division in damaged areas increases total tissue mass. Chewing gum doesn’t reproduce, cells do.

Like Ark said. Also, the cells that are there respond to applied stress (force) by creating new collagen. There have been some studies about this recently. Stress applied to connective tissue cells causes them to secrete new meat. The “meat” forms structure between the cells and increases tissue mass.

I thought connective tissue was like ligaments. That’s not what’s in the penis, though, right? Could you provide a link to this new research, please?

I’m in a rush now, but, yes, the penis contains lots of tissues that are very similar to ligaments. The parts that don’t resemble ligaments resemble blood vessels, which are composed of collagen, elastin, and smooth muscle. I’ll try to find some links later, if no one beats me to it.

What stops PE growth,plateaus?

When gaining muscles a decline in testosterone does, with a sharp rise in cortisol.

Reducing caloric intake too much causes a rise in cortisol,and a decline in testosterone.

When calories are added back in and exercise is reduced testosterone elevates,cortisol drops and the dieter begins to lose fat again. The body builder begins to build new muscle.

My Q is does this principle apply to growing a penis bigger?

Depends on what is causing the plateau… eg laziness, lack of sleep, poor technique, body has acclimated to the stress, lack of rest, malnutrition, psychological stress, lack of erection quality, etc.

All of your exclamations denote drops in testosterone a life hormone and rise in cortisol a death hormone.

Laziness is indicative of a testosterone drop, why does one get lazy, one is tired,depressed.

Lack of sleep increases cortisol, lowers testosterone.

Testosterone alleviates psychological issues like stress,depression,anxiety.

Acclamation detours the need to elevate testosterone so they stick to receptor sites and possibly do nothing and go innate.

Malnutrition elevate cortisol and lowers testosterone.

I wouldn’t say that cortisol is a death hormone since it is essential to life.

Most hormones are problematic at the extremes of normal homeostasis, including cortisol and testosterone.
