Another secret is, I put the wrap when my dick is flaccid, than I clamp 1 or 2 notches using a medium cable clamp. So I stimulate my dick to a erection. With every little engorgement I tighten more the cable clamp and do some kegels to pump more blood. When I get a 110% erection the notches left in the cable clamp is 2 or 3. So I clamp tight.
I never put the cable clamp in my unit with a 100% erection because the hardness of my unit don’t permit the cable clamp to restrict blood flow. This is the motive I always start with my penis soft.
Just find a good wrapping material that allows maximum blood restriction, start clamping with a flaccid penis and edge! You don’t need two cable clamps if you wrap right. Try to clamp everyday, if you are a beginner do two sessions of 10min and work out to a routine of 3 sessions of 15min. I bet in one year you will gain at least 1”.
