My girth “secret”????
drum roll, please….
Slow, vigorous jelqs, from the very base to just below the head, at 80-90% erect (sometimes, I’d carefully do a few jelqs at 95-100% erect).
These total jelqs would number between 150-300 or so, 3-4 days per week. At the very end of the session, I’d do some holds (maybe 4-6 at 1 minute each) & a few Ulis.
That’s it….sorry. :(
As I’ve said, I think it’s mostly genetic. Some guys gain length in a breeze, regardless of their routine; for other guys, it’s girth.
