How long on a plateau?

How much time do you spend on a plateau before you change your approach?

Anyone would tell you it varies but I think a good number is 3 months. If you stop seeing gains after 3 months, I suggest a decon break. I could be completely wrong though. Do a search.

I run a linear routine, so it always is adapted to prevent plateaus wherever possible.

Yeah, you lose the ability to start new threads.
