How long should decon be?
Hey everyone, you might remember me posting about how I was stuck PE wise a few weeks back. Nothing I did seemed to be working, and the advice I got most was take some time off. So I took 2 weeks off, and now I’m wondering: would it be wise to keep resting for another week or 2, or is it alright if I start up again?
Also, should I try out my old routine again after I’ve finished this break, or should I try something new?
