how long to jelq?

Hi. I’ve been jelqing for about a month and a half and have seen some gains. In all of the natural penis enlargement programs and articles I have read, they mostly say to jelq for 10 to 20 minutes. They also say to do 300 to 400 repetitions. How can this be done? When I do 400 repetitions it takes at least a half hour. My complete routine takes about 50 minutes every other day. Most routines call for about 10 to 20 minutes for the whole thing. Am I going too slow or what?? Any help would be appreciated.

The recommended stroke time is 2-3 seconds. I never count reps anyway. I just focus on each stroke, and how much time I’m jelqing. If you’re seeing gains, I wouldn’t be too worried about it.

Yah, just focus on each stroke “working” as best that it can! I go use a certain time limit as well…

It takes me 32-35 min to do 400 reps. The longer strokes are worthwhile in my opinion. They may give more girth than length. 3 second strokes would take about 20 min to do 400. 1 second strokes would take abouit 7 min to do 400.

I do 700 with squeezes/bends at every 100 in about 35-45 minutes.

Your a machine, I’ve read many times about you doing 700 strokes but didn’t think you did it all in one sitting. I know I’m new at this but everytime I do a shock routine every now and again for about an hour, I need atleast 2 days off. If I don’t take two days off my erections are weak for my next workout. I also took your advice about throwin some horses and DLD bends after 100 then 50 then 25 strokes till I complete 40 minutes or atleast 300 jelqs. Well I hope to be there soon.
