I totally agree too.
And I’m considering this approach.
I was just wondering if anybody had success with this themselves.
I am also considering a 2 on 1 off split routine.
All length exercises but half done 1 day and the other half the next.
Both finished off by mild pumping.
I feel it will keep the dick guessing a little longer, therefore causing a little more grow time.
I did first half last night, and I must have done something right because I woke up a few times last night and every one had a mega case of wood.
I did very light routine and I will tonight too.
I always wondered if my plateau was because I was to intense.
I never “overdid it” but I might still have been to hard on the little guy.
Anyways if anyone has a success story with a 1 on 1 off routine, I’d love to hear it.
