And 1 off as a pe schedule.

Was it good or bad.

I do this with weight training and it works good there.

I’ve always done a few on and 1 or 2 off for my pe schedules.

But I’m trying to find a new schedule that will work.

So please, lets hear about them.

I definitely don’t do one on and one off. I don’t think that is enough past the newbie phase. I usually clamp(that’s all I do right now). 1ST DAY -A.M 2x15mins clamping with bends P.M 2x15 mins clamping with bends
2ND DAY 3x10 mins clamping while Edging,and then back to the 1st day. I can feel when my dick is overworked and I’ll throw a break in ,randomly, once or twice a week.

4x15 mins sets daily with weekend off was to much for my penis, 4x10 mins sets all the way through the week didn’t seem like enough. This is perfect, my shmack doesn’t feel overworked.

The best part is If I don’t split my day with the 4x15 mins clamping(2 sets in the morning 2 at night), I’m once again overworking the good ol’ blood balloon. That makes me think I’ve found about the perfect amount of P.E for me at this point.

I just came off my decon break.

So I don’t want to overdo it, but I’m figuring 1 on 1 off for a month or so.

To see if I can get some newbie gains, or any gains.

If not, I’ll be a clamping fool real soon.

It doesn’t matter what routine works for someone else, you have to do what works for YOU.

Trial and error is the only way to find your best routine.

I gained doing effectively 1 on 3 off, others can only gain doing 6 on 1 off, everyine is different.

And I’m considering this approach.

I was just wondering if anybody had success with this themselves.

I am also considering a 2 on 1 off split routine.

All length exercises but half done 1 day and the other half the next.

Both finished off by mild pumping.

I feel it will keep the dick guessing a little longer, therefore causing a little more grow time.

I did first half last night, and I must have done something right because I woke up a few times last night and every one had a mega case of wood.

I did very light routine and I will tonight too.

I always wondered if my plateau was because I was to intense.

I never “overdid it” but I might still have been to hard on the little guy.

Anyways if anyone has a success story with a 1 on 1 off routine, I’d love to hear it.

I do 1 on 2 off. Since I started doing that the extra rest time has really caused me to start growing again.

Did you switch to that or has that always been your routine.

After restarting PE I used a 1 day on/1 day off routine for at least a month. As a matter of fact I believe it was perhaps nearly two months.

Why do more and gain less? I`m an advocate of do less and gain more:)

I started with 10 minutes quality jelqing and gradually increased to 20 minutes per session.

When I did this approach I had great erections and blood circulation. When I felt that my dick could handle it, I increased the session with some minutes. Used that time for some time and increased again.

Experiment. It is a cliche, but I really believe in listening to your body(dick).
