How Much Growth Can You Get From Mostly Jelqing?

I think jelqing is the foundation of PE. I also think that whatever your into, whether it’s ADS, pumping, hanging, that jelqing should be thrown in somewhere at least a few times a week.


Started 4/20/08 BPEL 7.0 EG 5.5

Current 9/08 7 3/8 BPEL X 5.75 MSEG

Aiming for a more realistic goal - 8 NBPEL 6.5 MSEG

Yeah, kegels are ultimate. At first I thought they would be boring, and when I started I found them awkward, but now I’m all about the kegels, doing about 200-300 a day when I can remember - sometimes I forget. At first I could only hold them for an instant, but now I can do the 3-5 second holds. :)

No need to be sorry! I love running after tail! Face first! :-) Wow that is alot of kegels. I used to do them all the time. I might need to again. My staying power was great. Now it is very good to good. But I think it had to do with my girth and head size increase too tho.

I am getting fed up with this penis extender business. If I wasn’t afraid to quit it I’d take up a routine which mainly involves jelqing, since I enjoy jelqing and think it’s a miracle exercise. The reason why I’m afraid to drop the ADS is because I know I’ve gotten at least some gains, however minimal, and big increase in EQ. I don’t want to lose it. But I’m no fan of sitting on my ass for hours at a time with my penis tied into this contraption.

Yea that’s probably why I’ll never go for an ADS, it’s such a pain in the ass.

I’ve always said PE should be SOMEWHAT carefree. It should feel good. The minute it becomes a real chore your heart will be out of it and you won’t be into it 100%.

So KP - for the record, how much EL are we talking in a span of, ehh say, 9 months from mostly jelqing?

I gained .5 inches the first time (about 5 years ago) and another .5 inches this time (a few months back) with 90% jelqing and 10% stretching. I also got back a lot of hardness that I used to have when I was in my early 20s.

I’ve not really focused on it too much lately, but I’m sure in the coming months I will take up jelqing again. I’m at 6.5” BPEL now (a little over 7” BPFSL), and want to be at 8” EL, eventually. No hurry though, I’m not in a dick measuring contest or anything. :) My focus now is on lasting longer in the sack. I’d like to be able to go at least 15 minutes of hard-core pounding, if you know what I mean? LOL

I have mostly done jelqing in my PE carreer. I have gained from about 6.7” in length to 7.9” in length (BP) and from about 5.1” in girth to about 5.6” (MSG). Started during the spring of 2003.

I know ads do work. They scare me however. Just something about having my thing in a device like that. I do not like any kind of circulation cut off. I overtrained back in november and it took a long time for my unit to heal. It was a limp noodle for a month and then it did not function right for months after that. I finally am healed an my EQ is great. A light breeze gets me hard. My routines of jelqing and stretching are all I need. If I did use an ads I bet i could put on an extra 1/2 inch or more.

I’ve only been PEing for 3 months and I’ve already gained 0.3 inches in length and 0.25 inches in girth. I’d say my workouts are 80% jelqing and 20% stretching, 5 sessions per week. My EQ has improved a great deal too. I’ve also been using a penis enlargement cream as lube for my jelqing, it’s certainly helped me stay semi-erect whilst jelqing. I also like to pull my penis almost behind my buttocks as this gives a good overall stretch, particularly in the ligs.

That’s a scary story. I’m glad you healed up, though. I injured my penis about 9 months ago (pre-PE), and one of the most stressful, depressive periods of my life ensued. I’m glad to say that I’ve healed up, though, and by researching the penis I stumbled upon Thunder’s Place. Funny how things work like that. I’m also more mature, I think, after dealing with the prospect of losing my mojo. Now I don’t take anything for granted, and I’m a better person for it. (Sorry for going off-topic, folks.)

Using an ADS is definitely not easy, and injuries will occur if you’re not careful. Numbness due to lack of circulation happens sometimes, too, if the strap is too tight. And, of course, since every penis is different, there is no “right way” to do it - you have to figure it out for yourself.

Never will I use an ADS, I know the benefits and all, but to be on the safe side I’d rather jelq and stretch until I reach my goals.
