How Much Growth Can You Get From Mostly Jelqing?

My routine is pretty basic.

3-4 days a week.

I warm up with a wash closh and stretch a little; then jelq for a while; then warm down the same way.

just wondering - how much growth could I expect from mostly jelqing?

If my goal was 3/4 inch, is it attainable realistically? Or would I need to add something…

fyi: I’m already thicker and a bit longer. So it works. But I meant in general, ya know?

Well kingpole is the king of jelqing I think. Look his stats up. I think if you just jelq and jelq for years and do not worry about time or limits your going to get mucho size. That is my idea on it all. I am just going to jelq with some stretching until I die.

I talk to KP every so often. I think he’s the king of fow, not jelq. But he did tell me if I remember correctl I could PROBABLy get an inch from jelqing within a year.

I wanted others’ opinion.

I got .6 from 10 minutes of stretching and doing couple(2-3)hundred jelqs, my routine now has more stretches but still leans more towards jelqs, my dick feels longer but I am waiting another two weeks to measure again, I would definitely say its possible, maybe even go as far as likely

No, I would say that Kingpole is the king of jelqing. He jelqs (and has jelqed) a lot, and knows a lot about the exercise.

I think I’ll do the same thing, but I might throw in some pumping and, perhaps, clamping, just because it seems so intense.

Jelquing.. For me, thats good for newbie gains but after awhile (2 months or so), more pressure is required. At least for me.

I’ve been doing PE since January when a girl I was casually having sex with let me know in subtle ways that I was “littlish” (Her exact word). That was enough to make me insecure about my size for the first time in my life. But I digress.

The OP seems on the right track. 3-4 times a week isn’t bad. Warm ups and warm downs look right. I guess not everybody gets newbie gains though. When I started out, I gained about a half inch nbp and no 0” girth. I did mainly jelqs and horse 440’s.

Jelquing wasn’t enough for me after the third month, so I switched to pumping. No solid gains from pumping to speak of yet, but the level of pressure and intensity you can get from a pump is unmatched.

I say for length stretching and jelqing alot will help as long as you get positive PIs and don’t over do it.


Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

I think a lot of guys on this board have gotten to two inches with almost if not only manual exercises. Check out a thread entitled something like “the two inch gainers”.

I have tried a number of routines, but they all have been jelqing. My penis does not seem to like stretching, although a number of guys have reported great gains from only stretching.

For a while I measured BPSFL several times per day, and I am now convinced that it had an effect, and should be counted as at least a form of stretching. I do not think it had an effect on BP length.

Except for the very beginning and an experiment this year, (both of which produced no gain), I have always done between 80-180 jelqs, and tried to have at last 33% rest time. (Like 2 on, 1 off.) Of course with warm up.

I have varied the jelqs, but the old 3 second light to moderate grip with about 50-80% erection seems to work the best. The hard part for me is finding the right amount to do for any given day.

Sparkyx’s latest thread seem to show promise. I am currently using some of the principles he is working on there with my jelqing. I have no gains to report as yet, but lately just by feel I think I am on track to have some to report in a few weeks.

Oh yes kegels for sure! Forgot those. Those kegel pulls Sparkyx talks about are amazing. I have seen great results in my bc muscle strength and erection quality from them. I caught the Tailrun rename. LOL! :-)

I already know I’ve gained from basic jelqing.

I do it 3-4 times a week, I’m fatter, a bit longer, healthier.

I’m just wondering if I keep this up can I expect legit big gains in the future.
