PE During Week

I PE everyday of the week, sometimes three time a day.

I just switched to only jelqing for 15 minutes every other day.

Anybody here find that just going every other day is better because you get more recovery or is 5 days a week still considered best?

5-7 days per week. about 3 of those days I do a double workout. And I’m always wearing golf swing weights now.

I do PE every other day for about 10 minutes (sometimes 15). I have been doing this routine for a year, and nearly all of my gains came during this year.


Starting size: 5.5" NBPEL x 4.3" EG (started march 2003)

Current size: 7.3" x 5.3" (measured 14th of june 2006)

Goal: 8" x 6" (Routine: 10 min dry jelq every other day)

5 on, 2 off. PE in the week, rest on weekends.

4-5. Weekends off.

5 days / week.
