How often do you PE per week?

Though this is not a poll, I still think it’s a good question. If this has already been posted, forgive me.

I try to PE as many days per week as I can. Sometimes it’s as few as 3-4 days per week.

I P.E. 7 days a week because I think time off from length routines is not beneficial. With this said, my girth routine is 4-5 days a week.

Usually about 6 days a week.

As often as time allows, probably 4 times a week on average.

At least 4 times a week, I try for 6 though.
