How to combat one tough lig?

Hello everyone. I’ve noticed lately that the lig on the top left of my body (really the right, but left from my perspective) is very tough and sore. If I pull SO or SD I can actually SEE this lig being the limiting factor in length gain where on the other side if I feel with my non-pulling hand I can’t feel them fighting at all. This tough lig when extended is sore to the touch. I’ve been doing tons of PE variety wise - horses, hanging, manual pulls, slight bends, jelques, etc. What do you guys recommend I do? I assume that I need to focus a lot of my efforts on that side, correct? I need to lengthen or loosen up that lig. Anyone else ever stumble on a lig limiting factor before? What did you do to get around it?

Exactly. If it is on your left side, pull down and to the right.

I just find it to be odd that one side is so much tougher/shorter than the other. I mean at the point where that left lig is tight/sore and I can feel how hard it is with my other hand, the right side ligs seem non existent!

Is this a recent find? Sounds like you may have injured it. Either recently or a while ago, and it is getting worse. Have you thought of taking some time off?

I don’t think that it is an injury. I’ve been doing mostly girth for the last 4 or 5 days and when I did a length routine yesterday I noticed the difference. I’m thinking that through hanging somehow only the right side ligs have lengthened or something and now most of the load is on the stubborn left. I never felt any pain from my length routine - the only way I feel the pain is if I’m hanging or doing a manual pull and with one hand i press into the lig. It just feels sore. Otherwise, there isn’t any pain.
