Though I don’t have any routine advices. I have not had any significant length gains to show up, probably because frenulum injuries keep halting my PE schedual.

Do lots of manual stretches according to your LOT. I think that’s a winning concept :)

So far I’ve not gained any length hanging but I have gained quite a bit base girth. I’m currently hanging at low angles and have a plan to switch to higher angles in the next couple of months if still no length gains.

I say all that to say I’m not sure we can really know what we are going to gain from a particular type of PE and it seems I am much more geared to gain girth than length. Which is really good for me because my wife desires more girth and is really very happy with my length. I’m the one who would like more length :)

I would say to only stretch or hang. Anything else is going to give girth rewards.

I think Jelqing is a great penile health exercise even if you don’t make gains through it.

But considering that you are trying to gain length only then I would, at this time, stick with exercises that are more likely to give you length and less likely to give you girth, i.e. manual stretching and hanging. Even at that you may still make girth gains. You can’t know for sure until you apply it to your body and see the results.

Low erection dry jelqing is also commonly believed to give length gains, so this may also be an option.
