I’m surprised you’ve lost your upward curve, people tend to notice an increasing curve - if anything - from PE probably due to EQ improvements.
You could try focussing your stretching on the bottom with, as you suggest, a fulcrum on top or using plumped bends but only bending upwards.
It might be constructive to look at what in your routine lessened the curve.
Nothing better then troll tears ^^(but that might be already too much attention :P)

Do you have any reason to use the fulcrum at the bottom rather then midshaft or further up?
(I suppose with bottom, you mean the root of the dick, where it is attaching to the pubic bone, visible from above, when standing)
My EQ is not so good most times cause of some health issues. But even when Im at 100% hardness Im not as upward bend as before PE.
It might be cause of mostly doing P.E downward in a sitting position.
I liked the good upward bend as in some positions its a good pusher for vagina spots.
