How to Jelq

Not you personally but most people on here and also in the newbie routine.

They think that are good then.

What excersies do you perform? And have you seen gains from them?

The gains you have made are very impressive.

You are right my profile doesn’t list my ‘routine’, due to a problem with the engine. Anyway I did hanging, jelqing and using an extender; I credit each of this exercise of about half inch in length gains; never monitored my girth, sadly. My gains are good but not exceptional, there are people who gained 2” and more in a shorter amount of time than I did.

I am jelqing at the moment

10 mins per day using the C grip. Also manual stretching for 10 mins.

Sounds ok, do a bit more every week and see where you are after a couple of months.

Hi all.

With regards to jelqing sticks as mentioned by Thunder in this how to jelq guide, how exactly do I go about turning my canning tongs into jelq sticks? I am by no means a great diy person. The two plastic parts attached to the tongs were said member would fit are hars plastic and fixed in place. How can I convert this parts into flexible moving/ rolling parts?

Any links advice much appreciated.

I cant grasp how fix foam is going to act as a jelq device. Do you need to lube up aswell for the foam rollers that dont move to give thw jelqing effect?

Yes lube is required unless you have enough skin to travel the whole way up your shaft.

I wouldn’t get hung up on this idea, manual jelqing is far more effective.
