Hi cheeba, I must say that ten years ago, when I was crazy into inventing stuff, it never even occurred to me to try to replicate this device because I thought it was so silly. Instead of plastic parts attached to the thongs, I prefer the body parts attached to my knuckles ;-)

This is a good point, the power jelq style of devices are quite capable of gouging a significant hole in your dick if the roller comes out of the tongs and the wound would be caused by the effort you are putting in at the time.

I am currently still doing my routine of 10 jelqing, 10 minute stretching with Kegels after I am done.

Wanted to ask about edging and how effective it was, will you get better gains than Jelqing or not?

I am not going to try edging just yet as I have only started my newbie routine and I don’t want to overload myself.

I think most of vets would agree that edging will do little or nothing for gains.

I’m still continuing with my manual PE. Have to say the pain is very little compared to hanging.

If I may post a little advice please. What I do when I jelq sometimes is that I jelq up to before the glands then I wait 1 second holding it right there and then quickly backing to the base and repeat.

You may already know this things but I just wanted to share it. I think it can make a useful thing to grow the glands slowly. It is just a slight modification to the traditional jelq of from base to glands and quickly to base again.

What I do is, jelg up to the glands and hold it there until I attach my other hand to the base, then let go near the glands, only when I have got my C grip in place at the base.

That is better I think :) Now I know Im not a lunatic for trying this. We shall see later if it works for something.

C grip or the two hands grip ( like pushing blood with the two big fingers up to the glands).

I try not to use the full OK grip because I saw in another posts that I can damage.

Never seen the two hand grip before. Is it more effective than C grip, in your opinion?

Yes is more effective and less difficult. The one that is very easy is the OK full grip but easy is not always good.

The one with the two hands is something that I though about and tried it and it works but I do not use it a lot only sometimes like a game.

I do not have pictures of it because I would need a 3rd hand to take the picture but as soon as I can I will contact you jeje.

How much have you gain from jelq? Do you think is the best exercise you do?

I have only been doing it a short time, so have not measured yet.
