I got my gains when I quit doing girthexercises. The last weeks all I have been doing is manual stretching and ADS. I took a break from girhtexercises because I was overdoing them(got week erections).
A day for me, right now, looks something like this:
5 min varmup with ricesock
5 min manual stretching. only stretch straight down.
1,5 hour ADS.
1,5 hour ADS.
5 min varmup with ricesock
5 min manual stretching. only stretch straight down.
1,5 hour ADS.
1,5 hour ADS.
5 min varmup with ricesock
5 min manual stretching. only stretch straight down.
1,5 hour ADS.
1,5 hour ADS.

1,5 hour ADS.
When I manualy stretch, I pull my dick as hard as posible.
My ADS is something I made at home by my self. It is very simple. I wrap my dick, then I attach a rubberband to my dick and to my leg so it stretches the dick. I attached 3 drawings of my ADS. I have cut out a piece from a rubberglove that I wrap around my dick, and well, look at the drawings and I will think that you understand.
I did a little bit of PE every day. I have tryed to jelq for maybe 5 min every day but that ruins my erection. Then I tryed to clamp, I that did not ruin my erections, but it felt so good that I did to much of it. I clamped maby 4x15 every day and then it did ruin my erections.
In the future I will do pumping, clamping and jelqing but I will do very little of it. I will do one day on one day off. Maybe somthing like 10 min clamp, 10 min pump and 3 min jelq. No more than that. Maybe less.
