I cant belive it...

I have pumped hard for 6 month in the past with no gains.
I have jelqed hard for 3 month in the past with no gains.
I joined thunders i July 2005 and have been doing some more jelqing and it did not work, the only thing that happened is that my erections got bad.
I did a lot of manual stretching for almost a month, no gains.
I thought that PE does not work. Just cant believe how so many other people can get gains and I cant get any gains no matter what I do.
I took a break from girthexercises and have only been doing ADS and manual stretching for the last two weeks.
Measured my dick 3 days ago, hmmmm… this is weird?

Measured my dick today, well OK, now I just cant be imagining this anymore.
I have got a gain for the first time in my life!
My FSBL has gone up from 8,1 to 8,3.
Well OK that is fucking unbelievable, but has it effected my EL?
Measured it and fucking YES!!!!!! from 7,5 BPEL to 7,7.
So finally after all this time I can really start to believe in PE. I’m so fucking happy.

Now I have a good idea what works fore me. Less is more is definitely the way to go for me.

It is true that your penis needs time to recover… You can`t do PE every day and expect gains.
Most people over work, including me :)
Sometimes i over work, and it really sucks, because if i have the time i will PE even though i know i am over working.
Then after 2 days off i always notice the difference.

I am a PE-holic :)

I cant believe it either! Last night I measured my BP FL and it was 9”!!! (23Cm’s to all you metric types). I’m sure my BPEL wont be far behind, it normally catches up soon after.

I am also a PE-holic. I overdo every PE-exercise every time. It feels so good to pump or jelq och clamp so I always overdo it. I have promised my self to never overdo again and I will keep that promise.

Yes the feeling is unbeliveble. I cant think of anything else now except getting a BIG dick.

I think that for a lot of us this is the key to getting noticeable gains, and I don’t think you can stress this enough.
Your wanker needs that recovery time. I’m as compulsive as the next wanker puller around here, but lately I’ve begun to experience new gains that I can only contribute to the fact that I’ve been taking more time off. That is, I’m starting to incorporate periods of 2 or 3 days off, ok maybe a little light pulling or jelqing but nothing heavy. It’s turned out to be very beneficial for me and my wanker.

I think once you get settled in, the compulsive mindset takes over. You start thinking; pull pull pull, stretch, yank, pump pump pump,
gotta get me a BIG dick NOW! When in reality all this does is over work your poor wanker and can eventually lead to injuries. Then you take a few days off in frustration and you wake up one day with some morning wood and it’s like WHOA where did that come from.

I know for myself I was over working it big time. Depending on how much over working, I can actually fluctuate up to .25 of inch in BPEL. I was also starting to get discourage somewhat because I figured I had hit another “plateau”, and then I began to think I was actually loosing some gains. A minor experience with some “cock failure” during sex and I knew I had over worked it. Now that I’ve incorporated the down times into the routine I can definitely notice the difference both erect and flaccid.

It’s been stressed over and over around here the importance of progress over time, or as the saying goes, less is sometimes more.
Everyone is different yes, and the trick is to figure out what works for you and how. That takes time. You’re not going to get that big wanker over night, but if you’re diligent, patient, and persistent, YOU WILL get it eventually.

One of the nice things about the pump is its marvelous affect on erections! Plus if you are a “grower” you will become a “shower”, which is also nice. Its great to have a semi erect penis hanging down one trouser leg all day. Its amazing how much more crotch watching you get.
