I don’t do any kegels .how bad is this overall ?.

I don’t do kegels in the sense that they are prescribed either. I just keep my kegel muscles tight during all PE exercises and they get stronger that way.

I’ll probably start back up later when I start working on erect weighted kegel raises.

Or if you are doing some heavy squats or dead lifts, then I guarantee you are squeezing that to the max.

That works a different muscle, unless you’re incorrectly sucking in your abs instead of keeping them tight at all times.

But I am in the habit of contracting my kegel muscles during hanging leg raises and really feel it the next day

I did hack squats and deads yesterday and didn’t feel anything. Then again I stretched and injured myself (again), so I couldn’ feel anything but my legs.

Kegels are important to counteract the pressure build up caused by jelqing. Without the kegels you run the risk of your penis exploding.

Iamaru has been a round along time, perhaps he’s seen some bad stories from not doing kegels, I for one do lots of kegels and my dick has never exploded, that’s enough evidence for me, that and Iamarus advice of course.
