IMHO you don’t need help.
Look at your problem from a different angle. You have strong erections, even a lot of spontaneous erections. That only means that you are very healthy and potent. And do you seriously wanna combat that? The only downside is the necessity to spend extra 20-30 minutes on PE every PE day. So what? You can’t get an ideal situation, because trying to do so you might upset to a certain degree your EQ and spontaneous erections.
I bet you have already noticed how many guys are around with minor or even major problems with erection or low sensitivity. They would dearly get into your shoes if they had such an opportunity.
I myself have not very stable erections. My overall EQ I would assess as an 7 or 8. But I consider my losses in EQ as a downside of 2 important advantages. First, my dick is pretty big and fat. And I liked that. Second, I can cum 7-8 times in an hour without over-stretching myself. And that’s so much fun for me and ladies. And being big and multi-orgasmic, I wouldn’t directly exchange all that for a better EQ. Though in my case the things are not directly substitutive. That’s why I try to improve my EQ using a pump and kegels without decreasing my size and the ability to cum a lot of times.
IMO, your case is completely different from mine, i.e. the things are substitutive. Do you need easier workouts by jeopardizing your excellent erections? If your are blessed with such strong, repetitive erections and good blood circulation in your penile tissues, don’t complain, better enjoy them, they might not to be with you all your life.
