Just kidding..I do some while I’m in the shower, some while I drive.. You need to mix it up, so some “quick” kegels and some of the kind where you clamp as hard as you can until you can’t hold it anymore.
The quick ones haven’t been too bad lately.
The clamped kegels after a while I don’t feel it, so I’m not sure if I’m holding it, but I release the kegel and it turns out I am. Annoying :(
