Ok. This routine is really doing it for me. I really didn’t want to gain much more length but I am just crossing the 8 inch mark bpel from 7 1/4 bpel. I think this is due to jelqing and the clamped pulls that tntjockey says that he performed. I also spend a good deal of time doing clamped bends. I don’t do them bone hard though. I get to about 80% or 90% clamped and begin to bend in small increments. As little amounts of blood are pushed out from the bending I slowly make the bends deeper. I really want my top thickness to be wider so I really work left to right with bend and holds and then slinky moves. The bend and holds are more for when I am harder and then as the blood goes out I progress into slinkies. I do some downward bends when I am harder also and because of the tight dorsal and my upper curve I feel a really good stretch in that which may also be contributing to my length gains.
Before when I stretched and stretched manually I really saw no results, only feeling the limit of my dorsal tissue to stop me in my tracks. After the above combination, plus lots of rice sock heat, my unit feels very stretchy and thick. This has really brought on the girth too. I am 6 inches mseg with two days off from workout and 6 1/4 or more post workout. This is definitely a strenuous workout and is not for newbies and should be eased into if you plan to try it at all.
Also, in the way of too much. I am going to have to closely monitor if this workout continues to produce significant length because at 7.25 bpel I could bottom out if I really pressed into my wife. Last night I was on top and was slamming the cervix pretty hard and was not bumping my pubic bone to hers like normal. My wife seemed to enjoy me being so far up in her though when I was grinding up in the cul-de-sac. It’s really hard to think about stopping this routine though. As I looked at my unit when I was inserting, it was huge in my opinion! It didn’t even look like me! I know what tntjockey meant when he spoke about his ego getting out of hand.
