I have reached my goals

My first goal was to do this enough continually to prove it worked. Erection Quality seemed easily the most noticeable thing, and also feeling pretty full when flaccid. More noticeable hanging. But it took me about 4 months of maybe 3-4 stretching workouts a day for a few days a week and now I’m definitely, and can say so to myself any anyone else with honesty that I’ve earned at least a quarter inch in length. My wife is extremely tight so I’m not aiming for more girth, but I’ll take whatever naturally develops and my darling will just have to deal with that. But as far as my own personal PE mythbusters goes, this theory is proven fact, now the real work begins. It’s literally bonkers that I could have an 8 inch monster someday, hope she can handle it or we’re going to need to find someone who can. :D

TnT, if you happen to read this, I’d be curious to know what is your take on including change (mixing it up) vs newbie routine ? Should I begin confusing my dick as soon as I’m done with week 6 (which I’ll take off after having done PE in the previous 5 ones) and mixing in lots of new techniques ?

Measured after 2 weeks and I seem to have gained 0.5” in lenght BPEL/NPBEL and 0.2” I’m girth. Oh and my flaccid seems meatier.

I came back to this old thread, I commented in your thread today about changing the game plan if you want to win and if the other team
knows your strategy, to win you must change yours. Yes mix it up, confuse your dick because it will learn your routine, it all
goes the same with body building, but you need to get in contact with your body and get to know your reactions to what works
now and when it stops working to change the routine a bit, just to mix it up. As we talked, I mentioned not to start exercising
at the same time the all, mix that up as well, your body will learn schedules. Our gym trainer told Jenny and I that. Phoenix, I
also mentioned to you, do not time your exercises, but to FEEL when you have gotten what you FEEL out of the particular
exercise and then move on to the next exercise. Key, use FEELING, not clock. This is so easy.

Cruising through some threads and saw this comment on “Cementing gains”. So how does one cement their gains. I was mistakenly understanding that all PE gains do not revert. But after over a year of trying to maximize my gains I’m a bit disappointed. But I won’t EVER give up. So, cementing gains? Please help me with that process.
