Well I just read this entire thread, I guess I didn’t realize how old it was. Just wanted to say thank you TNT for continuing to give advise on something you quit years ago. Merry Christmas to you and Mrs TNT.

that states it enhances grow. The exercises do it for you. I did tried a cialis and clamped once and it was the same as not taking the pill. Hey quim,
keep the right mindset and believe that the exercises you are doing are going to work either in gains or health. One thing else, after PEing, wrap your
unit and go for a quick fast walk to keep the blood pumping. You will notice how thick and pumped your cock will become. The new fresh blood will

Hey Unit, thank you so much. Yeah, it is an old thread, It has been a long time since PEing. I must state, it was really fun for us until I got greedy with the gains.
Lessons learned. Since then, I post to so many to pick a realistic goal, for example, a quarter of an inch of your current size. Reach that and pick another goal size
of another quarter inch. So many here shoot for inches and are so disappointed and end up quitting. You would be surprised that seeing a quarter inch gain can be
very inspirational and will give you that boost to try and gain an extra quarter inch. Believe me, it works, but do not over work yourself.

Normally I PE after my gym session and the go to sleep, i will some days do PE before the gym, thats also good for blood flow like walking right?
I will spend some money buying stuff for length work and I hope I will make some gains. Now my stretchign routine of 1h a day in 20,10,5 min session is not giving gains…. I will consider taking at least 1 or 2 days off. Thanks mate for engoruaging, it is true I am loosing faith….
will a extending or hanging give me gains if stretching 1 h a day hasnt?

I’m relatively new to this. I have seen some gains from dabbling in years prior, so I’m certainly a believer, at least in newby gains. How much dedication does this require? I’m aiming to add 1.25” length and .5” girth. Is this achievable in a year or so? If so, what type of workout should I be doing day to day? Thanks, this place is packed with seemingly useful information.

Hi OTM. This post should be in the ‘Ask whatever you want’ thread in the Basics forum. But brief answers so as not to take the thread off topic:
The single most important thing to get gains is consistency. Without it you simply will not gain, so it requires total dedication or you might as well forget it.
1.25” length and .5” girth. Is this achievable in a year? For a very easy gainer and including newbie gains, yes. For most guys, probably not.

Achievable, is up to you. Consistency and dedication is the key to all of this. You must change you mindset and must believe what you are doing is going to work. A year or so? Everybody is different. I had an Ace in my pocket, my wife helped me and helped kept me consistent and dedicated. Be careful what you wish for. Read this whole thread. I have been repeating myself here so many times. Please read the whole thing and you will get answers to your same questions. I must post that I will be more than happy to answer any questions that anybody has. I am still here for all of my brothers.

Stick with the newbie routine, in my opinion, it the most proven method as far as PE is concerned. I never stopped doing it. Do not jump in the more advance exercises to quick, because if you do, you may plateau and that will take time to come out of that.

Thanks old friend, you posted just before I did, and as always, we are always on the same page.

Hey Tnt.

Its a great routine. I’ve tried it and really like it but I find it is pretty intense. All that pressure in the glans tends to make me cum. I really have to try hard to balance between being fully engorged with as much blood as possible and not going over the edge. Did your stamina improve or was it never a problem for you? Thanks for sticking around and helping those of us still on the journey.
