Hi guys! I just wanted to say how glad I am to be back and wanted to ask if there has been any interesting techniques or routines lately?
Since my ex girlfriend has broken up with me after 8 years, I’ve decided that I’m going to spend time at Thunder’s again and I want to get back to some serious penile fitness and eventually some PE.
It’s good to see that people’s dedication is still the same and it feels good to be logged on again.
I hope people made good gains and that some routines have proved to be effective. I remember that a year ago hanging was the most popular and promising technique and new hangers came out.
I’m really excited about starting again, I think I will stick to a jelq routine just to get better erections again, I remember the time when I was clamping… I had crazy erection.
