So I’m working on girth mainly and I have been dry jelqing and 440ing for about 9 months now but I haven’t gained anything in the last few months. What should I do. I have taken breaks and tried different techniques but nothing is changing. My workout consists of a combo of 440s and 90% hard dry jelqing for 1/2 an hour. I do this 2 days on 1 day off. HELP!

Have you tried different exercises lately? Sounds like your body has adapted to your workout.

Well, it may sound illogical, but try to incorporate stretching into your routine. Even if you don’t want more length. Focusing on only one exercise will make your dick adapt quickly.
So why not try say a routine of some stretching, 10 minutes of it and clamping. Your dick is obviously conditioned enough to withstand the stress of clamping, and stretching is good for the elasticity of tissues.

Also, try to mix on and off days up.

That sounds like a lot of work for no gains. It may be a good time to take a decon break. A half an hour daily of 440s and 90% hard jelqing is a pretty serious workout.

After your decon break, have you thought about adding something new like pumping into the mix? The suggestions by Miami-cock and Chicken to consider hanging and stretching are not off base either.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I did try wet jelqing for a while. I was pulling downward so there was more stretching than anything. I did notice it hung different/better. Maybe I’ll try stretching and a little pumping too.

Also I am seeing a increase in size right after working out but it’s always the same increase and it always decreases to the same size. I have gained permanent gains since I’ve started though.

How long should I pump for since I have been doing girth exercise for so long and at what pressure.
