After 2 1/2 months of PE, I started clamping today. And I loved it.

5 mins warm wrap
30 secs each stretch left,right,center under cheek/left,r,c straight out/l,r,c straight up
5 min clamp
5min jelq
5 min clamp
5 min jelq
5 min clamp
5 min jelq

5 min warm down

The girth swell was awesome, my normal 4.6-7” girth was 5/1” in the duration. Veins were pumped like crazy. I had trouble staying hard sometimes, but then I changed the wrap from an ace bandage to a bandana and watched porn. I fucking love clamping so far. I can’t wait to try out 2 clamps at one time after awhile.

Haha yeah that;s why I’m only starting with 5 mins, too soon you think? When can I incorporate hanging?

Not to soon but just don’t overdue it, hanging you can do anytime keep the weight down low to start.

Should hanging be done on the same day? Or different day, how long to start off with?

Addictive it may be, but also highly dangerous if you try to rush things. This is your first session and already you’re talking of using 2 clamps and incorporating hanging?? :morose:

Don’t consider multiple clamps until you’ve exhausted all the possibilities of single clamping. It may be weeks if not months before you find your comfort zone so try to be patient.

I don’t hang but if I did, I’d choose to do it on separate days from clamping.
