Richard, I think the reason you have gained so well is because you didn’t over do it, you jelqued every other day or every third day with lots of decon breaks in between, even if they weren’t planned. I have a Mon, Wed, Fri routine where I stretch for 6 min after a warmup, and have gained 1.75” in length in a year, not really working on girth since I’m 6.5 but do it sometimes just for EQ. Too many on this site overtrain their PE, you have to let your body repair then grow or you won’t gain or won’t gain as fast.

Now, that being said, yes, I agree that taking a slow easy pace is the best for growth. I apply the same principals of training/rest/growth from my bodybuilding regimen to PE in terms of tissue damage/healing and adequate rest. Overtraining in either will kill results/growth and invite injury. I believe also that supplementation to help facilitate repair via blood flow and oxygenation is critical as well, especially for those who smoke and restrict nutrient rich blood flow to the wang!
And a final note - HOLY SHIT! Congratulation on your “weapon of ASS destruction” and please try not to injure any one with that thing!
