This happened to me when I was into 100% erect clamping back in 2008. My length didn’t go down but my EQ dropped and my girth shrank and my tunica was extremely tough even when flaccid. You might want to take it easy from 100% erect clamping or just do pumping or clamping but not both.

The situation you are describing right now sounds exactly like how I am at the moment, except that I have recovered some already.
How long did you clamp before this happened and is it possible that you might have overdone it both with intensity and frequency? Did it take you long to recover?
After laying off hanging I resumed a clamping/water pumping routine a few weeks ago and I experienced great expansion and also quite decent EQ for the first few weeks. I took days off for recovery and everything were going well. Suddenly, I noticed that my penis were not recovering as it had done in the prior weeks. Having taken more days off than I liked, I performed a light session anyway. The next days my EQ was even worse and my penis felt weird. My flaccid were more rigid than usual.
Since then I`ve been off PE, except for a light jelqing routine now and then.
The thing is that I was in a similar condition around Christmas and I had not done any intense PE then.
I do however think that I will stick with low pressure pumping and jelqing when I`m ready to resume PE, regardless of whether it was clamping that caused this or not.
